Is there “the one”?
As I’m getting older, I realize this….
There’s the one who makes your heart beat faster..
There’s the one who makes you laugh…
There’s the one who makes you want to dance…
There’s the one who makes you want to protect him…
There’s the one who’ll take all your money…
There’s the one who’ll take all your time…
There’s the one who’ll take all your energy…
There’s the one who makes you feel guilty…
There’s the one who makes you cry…
There’s the one who makes you wonder…
There’s the one who you can’t stop thinking about…
There’s the one who makes you come, and again and again and again… (yes, we do love that one…)But then, there’s the ONE who’s not all the above… he’s not perfect, just like you aren’t… but he’s simply the one that sees you as a flower and wants to make you bloom. And honestly… Nothing else matters.
