So here it is! Carmela has decided that I look like Trish Stratus and that we should work out together in order for her to bring out my inner diva 😉

For those who do not know who Trish Stratus is, she was a WWF Diva for years, and also one of the first successful fitness model. Here she is:

I believe I have better legs 😉 but yes, indeed, we have the same curvy look and not so thin waist that only dwarves can have. Carmela prepared a cardio program. I’ll be the queen of the threadmill 😀

Here’s what she told me to do:

Warm-up
Speed 5 – 15 minutes

Speed 8 – 4 minutes
Speed 10 – 1 minute
Speed 3 – 2 minutes
Speed 8 – 4 minutes
Speed 10 – 1 minute
Speed 3 – 2 minutes
Speed 8 – 4 minutes
Speed 10 – 1 minute
Speed 3 – 2 minutes

Cool-Down
Speed 5 – 5 to 15 minutes

Total = 41 to 51 minutes

Heres what I really did:

Warm-up
Speed 5 – 15 minutes (at this point I thought it would be too easy and that we would need to up the speed the next time)

Speed 7.5 – 4 minutes (Speed 8 for the 1rst minute, 7.7 the 2nd, 7.5 the third and 7.4 the 4th)
Speed 9.5 – 1 minute (Speed 10 to 9.2 in the minute.)
Speed 3 – 2 minutes
Speed 7.5 – 4 minutes (Speed 8 for the 1rst minute, 7.7 the 2nd, 7.5 the third and 7.4 the 4th)
Speed 10 – 1 minute (Speed 10 to 9.2 in the minute.)
Speed 3 – 2 minutes
Speed 7.5 – 4 minutes (Speed 8 for the 1rst minute, 7.7 the 2nd, 7.5 the third and 7.4 the 4th)
Speed 10 – 1 minute (Speed 10 to 9.2 in the minute, the longest minute ever)
Speed 3 – 2 minutes

Cool-Down
Speed 5 – de 5 à 15 minutes (I jogged for another 5 minutes, but felt I had a blister on my foot… so I did another 10 minutes on the Stepmill instead!)

Total = 51 minutes

I was soaking wet!
