Hello all!

Well I am officially back! I gave birth to a wonderful baby boy six days ago and I am now ready to get back in shape!

This is the plan:

First part will be the first 6 weeks (worst case scenario); I have to stay home, so this is where I will focus on my diet. IE eating well and loosing some of the baby weight.

This brings me to December 25th to resume training! If we round this up, that means that, in the worst case scenario, as of January first I’’ll be back to the gym. (YEAH! What a good way to start a year!)

This time I’’ll be competing in Fitness not Figure!

I have found my theme. but I wont share since don’t feel like getting on stage and loosing the surprise effect!
