So I met with my trainer last night, I ended up gaining 5 pounds but my BF is down 0.5%
So either I’ve gained 5 pounds of muscles… or I holding water like crazy???
Anyhow, she has twiched my diet and said that I should be seing results in a week or 2.
I hope so!! I need to see results because right now there is zero motivation and in 5 weeks we’ll be by the beach I NEED to look good.
