Since this is my 4th week I have to go down to only 3 sets of each exercise
I did my legs last night, and I felt a lot cuter this morning. 😉
I guess sleeping does help!
My baby dog is coming very soon, I am more than excited!
I’m a bit mixed up since I don’t know if I have to reduce my reps again this week but my trainer should be clarifying this soon.
